Water Audit & Signage
October 2016
22 2nd grade students conducted a water study of all classrooms and bathrooms at Wellwood International in the fall of 2016. The results showed that the majority of sinks did not leak, but that younger children needed assistance in remembering to shut off the water in their classrooms. To address this need, the 2nd grade students created informational signage to be displayed over the sink to remind to students to turn off the water after using it.

School Yard Clean Up
Ongoing 2016-2018
Each year Wellwood's Green Team (after school club) participates in a school yard clean up. We spend two meetings a year cleaning up the school yard. Students walk our campus collecting litter. They sort the litter and dispose of it on the proper manner.
